Weddings

I offer several different options for weddings, including watercolor and hand lettered place cards, signage, wedding bouquet paintings, venue paintings, designs for save the dates/invitations, and more. This page will be updated with more examples of previous work soon.

Ugly Pet Portraits

I now offer ugly pet portraits. If you're looking for something whimsical, silly, and comical (and potentially unflattering) that really captures the essence of your pet, I can't recommend these more. Send me your favorite silly photos of your pet!Ugly portraits are $25 for a 6x9, in the medium of my choice. Please keep in mind that I don't offer changes to these. Please reach out if you'd like to see more examples of previous work.

The Fine Print

I love discussing ideas with you, and I'm so excited to start on your project! I want to make sure that you're 100% happy not only with your finished art piece, but with the ease of the process. Unfortunately though, I have had to lay down some rules to protect myself. Please keep in mind that these rules have come from previous issues with commissions, and not because I want to make this unpleasant for you. (I think it's worse for me than for you!)

Please read, understand, and agree to all terms before requesting a commission:

I require payment in full before starting on any commission. I'm happy to discuss ideas and expectations before then, but I can't start work or use materials until payment is complete.I would love to hear about all your ideas, but there are some subjects I'm not willing to take on. I reserve the right to refuse any commission that I don't feel aligns with my values or style.I limit the number of changes to any commission, and I reserve the right to refuse or charge to make any particular change to the piece if it would cause an excessive use of time or materials. (This does not include large mistakes on my part such as spelling errors, however this ultimately is at my discretion.)Unless otherwise requested, I do use commissioned art on social media, on my personal websites and portfolio, and in advertisements for my art. Please let me know in advance if this is not something you're comfortable with, I'm happy to accommodate that.I send all of my art out with a tracking number, with the exception of ACEOs and stickers. Once the tracking number reaches delivery, I'm no longer responsible for the package. Please plan to be home the day and estimated time of delivery, so you can be sure to bring your art inside as soon as possible. Also, please be sure to open and check that everything arrived intact on the day of delivery. I can only help with damaged packages if you let me know the same day.

Pet Portraits

Pet portraits start at $30 for a 5x7 inch sketch using premium materials and go up in price depending on complexity, medium, and size.

The $25 ugly pet portrait is not eligible for changes ("you get what you get"). They are meant to be whimsical, silly, comical, and/or unflattering. If you don't like what yours looks like, you're welcome to purchase another, but the policy is the same. Also, please note that the minimum size is 4x6. You may get a bigger portrait, but that's not guaranteed.

Weddings

Every wedding is unique, so I don't offer packages. I create only the pieces that you need for your day and special circumstances. Prices vary depending on complexity and size, but start at:

Place cards- $.50 each for less than 100, $.45 for more than 100. Standard size is 3.5x4 folded in half, prices go up for larger sizes
Signage- $30 for an 8x10 with text only, added cost for images
Wedding bouquet paintings- $50 for a 6x8
Venue paintings- $65 for an 8x10
Saves the dates/invitations- $50 for a 6x8

Keep in mind that these are prices for original art. Printing fees (if applicable) are separate. These are not comprehensive prices, they are minimums, and more complex and larger work will be appropriately priced.
